oh my god, this is beautiful ;-; how did you learn to paint the water? nay, THE WHOLE THING. do you use PS? any brushes or techniques or tutorials you'd suggest? ;3; sorry for all the questions.. i'm only just starting to try out backgrounds and they're really intimidating for me :c i don't really understand the color wheel/how colors can go together..
