This view captures much of this city and the mountains that continue on behind it. The clouds are beautifully textured and appear at least as large as those mountains, adding a lot of depth to the sky. I enjoy the illusion of vastness in this image, along with the cool and bright balance of green and blue hues. The interaction between light and all the building faces is flawless, and the illusion of vastness is really helped by the haziness upon the farthest buildings in the image. The landscape is recognizable as Hong Kong, but I really feel something different looking over the city; there is a calm stillness in every nook of the environment, and it seems like I am looking at a piece of normal wilderness. It is quite soothing.
Those clouds look like a photograph. I think you have plenty to be happy about. This makes for a good concept. Maybe you could turn it into a series and do more close up shots showing what the streets have reverted to.
this had a really big impact on me, thanking you for sharing ! it's nice to think that our world won't totally be destroyed in the future but will be enveloped and nurtured by mother earth instead hahaha...im a sucker for sci-fi and a whole bunch of potential storylines just popped into my head x)
first thought when i saw this piece: a scene towards the end of "Laputa, Castle in the Sky" with the statue of the robot extending its hand and is covered by greenery (been a while since a last watched it but yeah) !
At the beginning I thought "Fine but.. not the best". But few minutes laters, the impression that you have when you see the picture is really... strange. I not the perfection but it's so incredible, you feel strange, like if you seen the scene like a stranger who arrive on this world and say "What was that before? What's happenning?". You don't know if you want to visit or just run in an other way.
It's really strange, never feel that before. Great job, really!
YOU!.... The one who eliminated the boundaries between truth and fiction... The one who brought existence, care, and emotion to empty space... Then one who questioned the status quo...
I would like to say... thank you...
You gave us all inspiration, and vision; you inspired us to be a better and stronger adolescence, you pushed us further and better then you could possible imagine, and you helped us find our true path when we sought to go the other way...
I hope you get this message... and I hope you keep creating, and inspiring others to do the same.
