Most people think those massive high rise buildings you see in China are dull and ugly but for some reason I think they have a lot of character actually. Especially the filthy ones. This piece was made to convey that feeling, hopefully some can relate. I used a lot of photos I took in Hong Kong, Chongqing and Shanghai for this one. Hope you like it, I'm quite happy with it
I like this! These last months I have also started to see the charm of my filthy little town, with lots of ugly, run-down buildings. It's these small moments, the nooks and crannies. The contrast between the new, moderns building and the one right next to it, growing a beard of plants. That one cat that sits across the streets, observing you almost curiously, but of course, never really interested. And the ravine created by buildings, on the left hotels and on the right business facilities, banks and stores. A ravine in which you feel like you have entered another world. This little town of mine, ugly but beautiful.
